摘  要:生物钟是机体内部一种自我调节的计时系统,对于维持正常的生理健康至关重要,其表现为24 h的节律振荡,控制着人体的多种生理过程。昼夜节律是生物钟节律的一种表现形式,与环境的昼夜变化相协调,调节人体的生理状态。不正常的昼夜节律可能影响身体健康,导致精液质量下降,增加不育症的发生风险。本文从光照、倒班工作、睡眠质量和睡眠时间等方面系统性回顾昼夜节律与精液质量的关系,为明确精液质量下降的原因和不育症的发生机制提供新思路,阐明维持正常昼夜节律对男性生殖健康的重要性。The circadian clock is a self-regulating timing system with in the body that is crucial for maintaining normal physiological health. It exhibits a 24-hour rhythmic oscillation and controls various physiological processes in the body. Circadian rhythm is one of the forms of the circadian clock rhythm, which is coordinated with the environmental day-night changes and regulates the physiological state of the body. Abnormal circadian rhythm may affect physical health and lead to a decline in sperm quality, increasing the risk of infertility. This paper systematically reviews the relationship between circadian rhythm and sperm quality from the perspectives of light exposure, shift work, sleep quality, and sleep duration, providing new insights of identifying the causes of declining sperm quality and the mechanisms of infertility, and elucidating the importance of maintaining normal circadian rhythm for male reproductive health.
