摘  要:目的探讨基于行动学理念的赋能教育对良性前列腺增生经尿道钬激光前列腺剜除术后患者负性情绪和应激反应的影响。方法选取2021年7月至2022年7月空军军医大学第二附属医院收治的300例采用经尿道钬激光前列腺剜除术治疗的良性前列腺增生术后患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(n=150)及对照组(n=150)。对照组采用常规健康教育,观察组在对照基础上采用基于行动学理念的赋能教育。比较两组干预前后负性情绪、应激反应及并发症发生情况。结果干预后,观察组抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组血清去甲肾上腺素(NE)、前列腺素E_(2)(PGE_(2))及P物质(SP)水平均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于行动学理念的赋能教育能改善良性前列腺增生经尿道钬激光前列腺剜除术后患者的负性情绪,缓解应激反应,安全性较高。Objective To explore the effects of empowerment education based on the action concept on the negative emotions and stress response in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia after transurethral holmium laser enucleation of prostate(HoLEP).Methods A total of 300 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia undergoing HoLEP in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Medical University between July 2021 and July 2022 were selected as research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group(n=150)and control group(n=150).The control group was given routine health education,while the observation group was given empowerment education based on the action concept on the basis of the control group.The negative emotions,stress response and complications were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the scores of self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)in the observation group were both lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of serum norepinephrine(NE),prostaglandin E_(2)(PGE_(2))and substance P(SP)in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions The empowerment education based on the action concept can improve the negative emotions,and relieve the stress response in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia after HoLEP,with high safety.
