摘　　要：随着全球人口老龄化加剧,老年人的健康问题日益凸显,性健康作为老年人整体健康的重要组成部分常被忽视。本文系统性回顾国内外相关文献,深入探讨老年人性活动的流行特征、性功能障碍的普遍程度、性传播疾病的发病情况,归纳并总结老年人性健康的影响因素。此外,本文探索老年人性健康相关干预策略,旨在通过科学、合理的措施全面提升老年人整体健康水平,以期为临床实践和未来研究提供参考。With the accelerated aging of the global population,health issues among the elderly have become increasingly prominent.Sexual health,a crucial component of the overall health profile of the elderly,is frequently overlooked.This article systematically reviews pertinent domestic and international literature,engaging in an in-depth discussion of the epidemiological characteristics of sexual activities,the prevalence of sexual dysfunction,the incidence of sexually transmitted infections,concludes and summarizes the influencing factors of sexual health in the elderly.In addition,this paper explores intervention strategies related to sexual health of the elderly,aiming to comprehensively enhance the overall health level of the elderly through scientific and rational measures,in order to provide references for clinical practice and future research.
