摘　　要：目的探讨老年艾滋病住院患者社会支持与病耻感现状及两者的相关性。方法选取2019年8月至2020年6月成都市公共卫生临床医疗中心收治的150例老年艾滋病住院患者作为研究对象,采用社会支持评定量表(SSRS)和社会影响量表(SIS)进行问卷调查。分析患者社会支持和病耻感现状,采用Pearson法进行两者的相关性分析。结果回收有效问卷134份,有效回收率为89.33%。学历、婚姻状况、家庭成员数量和月收入水平均影响老年艾滋病住院患者SSRS评分(P<0.05)。本研究经济无保障、内在羞耻、社会隔离、社会排斥评分均高于国外研究(P<0.05)。老年艾滋病住院患者社会支持与病耻感呈负相关(r=-0.229,P=0.008)。结论老年艾滋病住院患者社会支持处于中等水平,病耻感较高,两者呈负相关,临床医护人员可帮助其改善自我认知,鼓励其主动寻求社会支持,以减轻病耻感。Objective To explore the status quo of social support and stigma in elderly acquired immunodeficiency syndrome(AIDS)inpatients and their correlation.Methods A total of 150 elderly AIDS inpatients admitted to Public Health Clinical Center of Chengdu from August 2019 to June 2020 were selected as study subjects and investigated by questionnaire with social support rating scale(SSRS)and social impact scale(SIS).The status quo of patients′social support and stigma were analyzed,and the correlation between them was discussed by Pearson correlation analysis.Results A total of 134 valid questionnaires were collected,with an effective collection rate of 89.33%.Education level,marital status,number of family members,and monthly income level all affect the SSRS scores of elderly inpatients with AIDS(P<0.05).In this study,the scores for economic insecurity,internal shame,social isolation,and social exclusion are all higher than those in foreign studies(P<0.05).The stigma of elderly AIDS inpatients was negatively correlated with social support(r=-0.229,P=0.008).Conclusions Elderly AIDS hospitalized patients have moderate social support and high stigma,and the two are negatively correlated.It is recommended that clinical medical staff can help to improve patients′self-cognition,encourage them to actively seek social support,so as to reduce stigma.
