摘 要:调蓄池在溢流污染和径流污染控制方面发挥重要作用,有效地削减了入河污染物.污水处理厂耦合调蓄池设计具有快速调度、协同效应、节地降耗等优势,能够有效实现厂池联动.以深圳市2座污水处理厂耦合调蓄池的工程为例,从功能定位、截流标准、调蓄容积、处理工艺、联动控制等方面进行对比分析,探寻提升优化空间.结合排水系统提质增效和水务高质量发展要求,围绕排水系统中的调蓄池提出实时控制、量质并重、智慧运行和雨洪利用的优化思路,以期提高城市排水系统韧性和安全性.Storage tanks played an important role in controlling overflow pollution and runoff pollution,and it effectively reduced pollutants discharged into rivers.The design of coupled storage tanks with wastewater treatment plants has advantages such as rapid dispatch,synergistic effects,land conservation,and energy saving,effectively achieving plant-tank coordination.Taking the en-gineering of two coupled storage tanks in Shenzhen's wastewater treatment plants as examples,the comparative analysis was conducted from the perspectives of functional positioning,interception standards,storage capacity,and linkage control strategies with the wastewater treatment plants,aiming to explore potential areas for improvement and optimization.Incorporating the requirements for improving the quality and efficiency of drainage systems and high-quality water management de-velopment,this paper proposed optimization strategies focusing on storage tanks in the drainage system,including real-time control,balancing quantity and quality,intelligent operation,and rain-water utilization,with the goal of enhancing the resilience and safety of urban drainage systems.
