摘  要:长江经济带作为我国高质量发展的前沿阵地,社会经济程度高,但沿线部分城市污水系统不完善,存在进厂污水浓度低、污水外溢等环保问题,长江经济带城市污水系统提质增效受到政府和社会的高度关注.以南昌市某污水处理厂及其服务范围为实施区域,基于水质水量监测的定量分析方法,诊断主要问题和重点排查区域.通过现场摸排工作,确定排水管网具体问题,针对性实施市政污水管缺陷修复、错混接改造、排水单元雨污分流等工程.工程实施后,进厂平均污水量达到6.31万m^(3)/d,整体增幅为33.4%;进水COD和BOD5的浓度平均值分别达到140.39 mg/L和73.41 mg/L,整体增幅达到了30.37%和79.31%,提质增效工程实施效果显著.The Yangtze River Economic Belt,as a frontier area for China's high-quality devel-opment,has a high level of socio-economic development.However,some cities along the belt face environmental challenges due to inadequate sewage systems,such as low influent sewage concen-trations and sewage overflow.The improvement of urban sewage systems in the Yangtze River E-conomic Belt has received significant attention from both the government and society.This project,conducted in a wastewater treatment plant and its service area in Nanchang,employs a quantitative analysis method based on water quality and quantity monitoring to diagnose major issues and identi-fy key areas for inspection.Through on-site investigations,the project identifies specific problems in the drainage network and implements targeted municipal sewage pipeline defect repairs,cross-connection rectifications,and rainwater-sewage separation projects in drainage units.After the im-plementation of the project,the average daily influent sewage volume at the wastewater treatment plant reached 63,100 m^(3)/d,an overall increase of 33.4%.The average influent concentrations of COD and BOD5 reached 140.39 mg/L and 73.41 mg/L,respectively,with overall increases of 30.37%and 79.31%,demonstrating significant improvements in the efficiency and effectiveness of the project.
