摘 要:多词单位是语言的基本构筑材料之一,母语者的语言知识很大程度上亦由各类多词单位的主动和被动知识构成。因此,二语学习者有必要掌握大量的二语多词单位知识,尤其是二语多词单位的隐性知识,以达到在语言交际中灵活运用的目的。有鉴于此,二语多词单位的习得与测量理应成为二语习得与外语教学共同关注的一个重要课题。文章对影响二语多词单位习得的诸多因素进行简要分析,并结合相关研究阐述了学界用以测量二语多词单位隐性知识的实验范式(如眼动跟踪、自定步速阅读、启动范式),以期引起研究者和语言教师对这一领域的进一步关注与重视,推动相关研究的不断细化与深入。Multi-word units are one of the basic building blocks of language,and native speakers’linguistic knowledge consists,to a large extent,of active and passive knowledge of various types of multi-word units.Therefore,it is necessary for L2 learners to acquire a large amount of knowledge about L2 multi-word units,especially the implicit knowledge of them,in order to achieve the purpose of flexible use in linguistic communication.In light of this,the acquisition and measurement of L2 multi-word units should be an important topic of concern for both L2 acquisition and foreign language teaching.In this article,the author briefly analyses the various factors affecting the acquisition of L2 multi-word units,and describes several experimental paradigms employed by the academic community for measuring the implicit knowledge of L2 multi-word units(e.g.eye-tracking,self-paced reading,and priming paradigm),with a view to attracting further attention from the academic community to this field and promoting the refinement and depth of related research.
