摘　　要：伴随数字科技的进阶迭代,学籍档案数据急剧增长并成为高校馆藏量最大、利用率最高的资源之一,开展数据治理、提升管理效能是应时之举。针对学籍档案管理在数据汇集、数据质量、数据安全和数据协同等方面存在的问题,从顶层设计、组织协同、技术体系和服务体验等四个模块构建了高校学籍档案数据治理框架,并提出健全规范、共治共享、筑牢技防和反馈优化的具体治理路径,推动高校学籍档案数据化转型、智慧化服务。With the rapid development of digital technology,student status data has grown rapidly and become one of the largest and most utilized resources in university archives,it is timely to carry out data governance and improve management efficiency.In response to the problems in data collection,data quality,data security,and data collaboration in the management of student status archives,a data governance framework for university student status archives has been constructed from four modules:top-level design,organizational collaboration,technical system,and service experience.It also proposes specific governance paths for improving standards,co governance and sharing,strengthening technology and feedback optimization,to promote the transformation of university student status archives into data-driven and intelligent services.
