摘 要:本文利用武汉市22个环境监测站点的日度数据与武汉出生队列追踪调查数据,研究了孕期空气污染对新生儿早期健康的影响。结果发现:孕期空气污染显著损害了新生儿早期健康,且该影响会随着空气污染等级的提高而不断增强。相比怀孕晚期,怀孕早期和中期的空气污染对新生儿的影响明显更大。孕期空气污染主要影响低社会经济地位和高龄产妇的孩子。机制分析表明,孕期空气污染提高了孕产期并发症的概率,减少了产前检查次数。We examine the causal impact of air pollution during pregnancy on the newborns'health using daily data from environmental monitoring stations in Wuhan and data from the Wuhan Birth Cohort Studies.Results show that air pollution during pregnancy significantly damages the newborns'health,and this effect enhance continuously with the increase in air pollution level.Compared with late pregnancy,air pollution has a greater impact on the newborn in early and mid-pregnancy.The air pollution during pregnancy has a greater impact on children born to women with low socioeconomic status and advanced age.Mechanism analysis suggests that air pollution increases the probability of maternal complications and reduces the number of prenatal visits.
