Research on the Effectiveness of International Travel Health Education in Health Centers

摘　　要：为提高国际旅行健康宣教效果,增强出入境人员的健康意识,防范口岸公共卫生风险,本研究深入海关所属国际旅行卫生保健中心一线,从健康宣教方式、宣教内容、宣教影响、宣教满意度评价等方面对部分出入境人员开展问卷调查,共收集问卷6942份,采用描述性统计方法进行分析。结果显示,78.05%受访者将互联网作为获取国际旅行传染病防控相关信息的途径之一,而调研中发现,部分国际旅行卫生保健中心的宣教资源重点分配在线下;44.90%受访者表示通过健康宣教能了解到猴痘、新冠病毒感染等传染病信息;54.96%受访者认为通过健康宣教增加了对旅行目的地的了解,提高了对紧急情况的应对能力。结果表明,保健中心应进一步强化国际旅行健康宣教服务与受众实际需求的匹配度,提高工作人员对全球新发突发传染病疫情形势等信息的掌握,同时充分利用互联网、新媒体等线上宣教方式,加快疫情信息和应对措施等知识的更新频率,为出入境人员提供高质量的针对性建议。Descriptive statistical methods were used to analyze the data.To enhance the effectiveness of international travel health education,raise the health awareness among inbound and outbound travelers,and mitigate public health risks at ports of entry,this study conducted an in-depth survey across frontline international travel health care centers.A questionnaire survey was conducted on some inbound and outbound personnel from the aspects of health education methods,content,impact,and satisfaction evaluation.A total of 6942 questionnaires were collected and analyzed using descriptive epidemiological methods.Results revealed that 78.05%of the respondents identified the internet as a key source of information on infectious disease prevention and control during international travel.However,the survey found that the educational resources of some health centers are mainly allocated offline.Additionally,44.90%of the respondents reported gaining knowledge about monkeypox,COVID-19 and other emerging infectious diseases through health education,while 54.96%indicated that health education increased their understanding of travel destinations and improved their emergency response capabilities.These findings suggest a disconnect between the current educational services and the actual needs of the audience.The frequency of updating knowledge on new global outbreaks of infectious diseases and response measures to public health emergencies is insufficient,and staff proficiency in this area needs improvement.To address this,international travel health centers should further strengthen online education initiatives by leveraging the internet and new media platforms,ensuring timely updates on global epidemic trends.By doing so,they can provide high-quality targeted suggestions for entry-exit travelers.
