摘 要:本文采用高效液相色谱法(High Performance Liquid Chromatography,HPLC)对船舶废气洗涤水中的多环芳烃含量进行了测定,以萘为例,建立数学模型,评定了分析过程中的不确定度。实验主要考虑校准过程、样品称量、样品定容、提取过程、测试过程中随机效应等因素对不确定度的影响,最后得出萘含量的扩展不确定度为0.17μg/L,检测结果表示为(1.91±0.17)μg/L,k=2。研究表明,在诸多影响因素中,标准储备液浓度带来的不确定度及标准溶液配制引入的不确定度分量最大。该研究结果有助于提升船舶废气洗涤水中多环芳烃检测结果评估工作的准确性与可靠性。This study determined the content of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)in exhaust gas scrubber washwater from ships using high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).A mathematical model was established with naphthalene as an example to evaluate the uncertainty of the analysis process.The main factors considered in the uncertainty evaluation included the calibration process,sample weighing,sample dilution,extraction process,and random effects during testing.The expanded uncertainty for naphthalene concentration was calculated to be 0.17μg/L,with the result expressed as(1.91±0.17)μg/L,k=2.The analysis revealed that the large stsources of uncertainty stemmed from the standard stock solution concentration and the preparation of standard solutions.This study helps to assess the accuracy and reliability of PAHs detection in exhaust gas scrubber washwater from ships.
