摘 要:电催化水裂解作为一种经济、绿色、高效的产氢技术被认为是实现能源可持续发展的重要部分.目前理想的电催化剂是贵金属催化剂,但其资源稀缺、价格昂贵,严重地限制了人们大规模开发.钴铁材料由于在析氢反应与析氧反应中表现优异而受到广泛关注,成为最具有潜力的非贵金属电催化剂之一.近几年来,钴铁材料催化剂的发展取得了巨大的进步,科研工作者通过调节形貌、优化电子排布、增加活性位点以及加快传质速率等方面优化钴铁材料的催化性能.本文首先介绍了电催化反应动力学的评价参数,接着总结了将泡沫镍与钴铁材料复合的制备工艺,并详细阐述了负载在泡沫镍上的钴铁材料电催化剂的优化策略,最后讨论了需要解决的问题与未来的展望.Electrocatalytic water splitting,as an economical,green,and efficient hydrogen production technology,is considered an important part of achieving sustainable energy development.However,the ideal electrocatalyst currently is the precious metal catalysts,which are severely limited in large-scale development due to their scarce resources and high prices.Cobalt-iron materials have attracted widespread attention due to their excellent performance in hydrogen evolution and oxygen evolution reactions,becoming one of the most promising non-precious metal electrocatalysts.In recent years,great progress has been made in the development of cobalt-iron materials and nickel foam composite electrocatalysts.Researchers have optimized their catalytic performance by adjusting the morphology,optimizing the electronic arrangement,increasing the active sites and accelerating the mass transfer rate.In this paper,the evaluation parameters of electrocatalytic reaction kinetics are introduced at first,and then the preparation process of the composite of nickel foam and cobalt-iron materials are discussed,and the optimization strategies of cobalt-iron materials electrocatalyst supported on nickel foam are expounded.Finally,the existing problems and future prospects are analyzed.
