学习型搜索中用户的信息处理行为特征及效果研究

摘　　要：[目的/意义]信息处理通常被认为是学习型搜索过程中不可或缺的阶段,直接影响搜索任务的完成和学习目标的高效实现。研究围绕学习型搜索过程中的信息处理行为的类型、动机、发生特征、作用效果展开分析。[方法/过程]通过实验方法收集用户在完成学习型搜索任务过程中的各类信息处理行为数据,采用主题分析方法与日志分析方法抽取并分析信息处理行为特征变量,最后检验各类信息处理行为特征对搜索效果的作用。[结果/结论]研究识别信息回溯、信息存贮、信息抽取、信息转化、格式调整、组织结构、标记重点在内的7类信息处理行为,及驱动这些处理行为的任务特征意识、个人特征意识、行为调控、成果优化4类动机,并剖析信息处理动机及其行为间的对应关系。同时,研究发现信息抽取行为发生的次数最多,发生的时间最早,并且对搜索效果存在显著的正向作用。此外,信息回溯、组织结构、信息转化、格式调整等行为的发生也不同程度地提高了学习型搜索的效果。研究发现有助于全面理解用户的信息处理行为特征,为支持信息处理活动的搜索系统功能的拓展与完善提供思路。[Purpose/Significance]Information processing is usually considered as the indispensable phase in learning-related search process,directly influencing search task completion and learning goal achievement efficiently.This study focuses on the types,motivations,occurrence characteristics,and search performance of information processing behavior during the learning-related search process.[Method/Process]This study collected various information processing behavior data exhibited by users while searching for learning-related tasks,and extracted and analyzed the characteristic variables of information processing behaviors using thematic analysis and log analysis methods.Finally,the study also examined the effects of various information processing behavior characteristics on search performance.[Result/Conclusion]This study identifies seven types of information processing behaviors,including information backtracking,information storing,information extracting,information transforming,format setting,structuring and emphasizing,as well as four types of motivations driving processing behaviors:task feature perception,individual feature perception,behavior regulation and outcome optimization.The study also analyzes the correspondence between information processing motivations and their behaviors.At the same time,the study finds that the information extracting behavior occurs most frequently and earliest,and has a significant positive effect on search performance.In addition,the occurrence of behaviors such as information backtracking,structuring,information transforming,and format setting also improves search performance to varying degrees.The findings contribute to a comprehensive understanding of users’information processing behavior characteristics and provide insights for expanding and improving the functionality of search systems that support information processing activities.
