浅析设计院开展EPC工程总承包业务的发展模式

摘　　要：随着当前工程建设行业的发展,设计咨询企业将设计牵头EPC总承包项目管理业务确定为重点业务发展方向,符合国情和市场趋势。工程总承包业务成为建筑设计咨询行业的业务发展趋势和新的经济增长点。文章分析探讨了以设计牵头的EPC总承包业务模式的优势,介绍了相关业务模式的常见形式。通过分析对设计咨询企业开展EPC总承包业务提出建议,可为行业相关设计咨询企业业务发展提供参考借鉴。As the construction industry evolves,design consulting firms have set design-led EPC(Engineering,Procurement,and Construction)general contracting project management as a key business development direction,which is aligned with national conditions and market trends.EPC general contracting has emerged as a business development trend and a new economic growth point in the architectural design consulting industry.This paper analyzed and discussed the advantages of the design-led EPC general contracting business model and described its common forms.The results of the analysis can provide suggestions for design consulting firms to engage in EPC general contracting,as well as reference for their business development in the industry.
