摘　　要：葛兰西文化哲学既是马克思主义哲学宝库中的重要财富,也是马克思主义国家治理理论中一个非常重要的组成部分。深入研究和充分运用葛兰西文化哲学中的文化领导权理论、知识分子理论和语言思想,可为应对新时代边疆治理的挑战提供相应的治理策略。葛兰西文化哲学中的文化领导权理论启示我们,要在维护边疆稳定、促进民族团结的进程中不断强化文化向心力与凝聚力;葛兰西文化哲学中的知识分子理论启示我们,要充分发挥知识分子在边疆治理中的作用,不断提升边疆治理的科学水平;葛兰西文化哲学中的语言思想启示我们,要高度重视国家通用语言文字的推广普及。Gramsci's cultural philosophy is not only an important part of Marxist cultural philosophy,but also an important part of Marxist national governance theory.In-depth study and full use of Gramsci's cultural philosophy of cultural leadership theory,intellectual theory and language thought can provide corresponding governance strategies to cope with the challenges of frontier governance in the new era.The theory of cultural leadership in Gramsci's cultural philosophy has inspired us to strengthen cultural centripetal force and cohesion in the process of maintaining border stability and promoting national unity.The intellectual theory in Gramsci's philosophy of culture has inspired us to do a good job in intellectual work and to continuously improve the scientific level of frontier governance.The language thought in Gramsci's cultural philosophy enlighten us to attach great importance to the popularization of the national common language.
