农村居民消费结构优化路径研究——以四川、广西、贵州和云南四省区为例

摘　　要：新发展格局下,扩大内需关键在于调整消费结构以激发消费潜力。为探究中国居民消费结构不合理的成因,以西南四省区为研究对象,通过田野调查收集相关数据分析农村消费结构现状。研究发现,农村居民消费结构呈非优化状态,原因在于住房、私家车、彩礼和赌博等方面支出占比过高,挤占了其他消费,影响了农村消费市场完善与功能发挥。农村有相当一部分住房和私家车处于闲置状态,造成了资源浪费。优化农村居民消费结构要从增加农村居民收入入手,首要任务是实现农业产业化转型。西南四省区农村需依托自身得天独厚的自然条件,整合闲置资源,发展特色产业特别是康养业,推动农业产业数字化,拓宽农村居民就业渠道,增加闲暇成本,促进农村居民消费结构优化升级,最终激发消费潜力。Under the new development pattern,the key to expanding domestic demand lies in adjusting the consumption structure to stimulate consumption potential.In order to explore the causes of the unreasonable consumption structure of Chinese residents,this paper takes four provinces in the western region as the research object,collects relevant data through field surveys,and analyzes the current situation of rural consumption structure.The survey found that the consumption structure of rural residents is not optimized.The reason is that the proportion of expenditure on housing,private cars,betrothal gifts and gambling is too high,which squeezes out other consumption and affects the improvement and function of the rural consumer market.A considerable number of houses and private cars in rural areas are idle,resulting in a waste of resources.To optimize the consumption structure of rural residents,we must start with increasing the income of rural residents,and the primary task of it is to achieve the transformation of agricultural industrialization.Rural areas in the four southwestern provinces and regions need to rely on their unique natural conditions,integrate idle resources,develop characteristic industries,especially health care industries,promote the digitalization of agricultural industries,broaden employment channels for rural residents,increase leisure costs,promote the optimization and upgrading of rural residents′consumption structure,and ultimately stimulate consumption potential.
