摘　　要：目的系统回顾和分析眩晕综合征患者睡眠领域的研究现状、发展历程、当前研究动态及热点。方法对PubMed和中国知网(CNKI)数据库中关于睡眠与眩晕研究的文献进行数据分析和挖掘,采用文献计量学方法,利用citexs平台和CiteSpace软件对2003年1月至2022年12月的相关文献进行统计分析。结果经检索共获得英文文献941篇,中文文献174篇。发现在该领域中,年度发文量不断增加,2021年达到年发文量顶峰102篇。在发文量方面,美国是发文量最多的国家,而在外国研究机构方面,美国的加州大学是发文量最多的机构。单名作者发文量最多的为4篇。关键词出现频率最高的为失眠症、焦虑、抑郁症以及普瑞巴林。最多的关联基因为CRP(17篇)。结论近年来,眩晕患者睡眠障碍的研究逐渐受到重视,特别是在发病机制和治疗方法方面。深入研究特殊人群眩晕患者的睡眠问题,改善治疗方案具有重大意义。同时,应加强研究者间的交流与合作,有助于推动该领域研究的深度和广度。Objective To systematically review and analyze the research status,development history,current research trends,and hotspots in the field of sleep in patients with vertigo syndrome.Methods Data analysis and mining were conducted on literature related to sleep and vertigo research in the PubMed and China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)databases.Bibliometrics were used to statistically analyze relevant literature from January 2003 to December 2022 using the citexs platform and Citespace software.Results After searching,a total of 941 English literature and 174 Chinese literature were obtained.It was found that the annual publication volume in this field continues to increase,reaching a peak of 102 articles in 2021.In terms of publication volume,the United States is the country with the highest number of publications.In terms of foreign research institutions,the University of California in the United States is the institution with the highest number of publications.The maximum number of articles published by a single author is 4.The most frequently occurring keywords are insomnia,anxiety,depression,and pregabalin.The most commonly associated gene is CRP(17 articles).Conclusion In recent years,research on sleep disorders in patients with vertigo has gradually received attention,especially in terms of pathogenesis and treatment methods.It is of great significance to conduct in-depth research on the sleep problems of patients with vertigo in special populations and improve treatment plans.At the same time,it is necessary to strengthen communication and cooperation among researchers,which can help promote the depth and breadth of research in this field.
