摘  要:纳米材料因其优异的光学、电学、电化学、磁学等物理化学特性,在材料科学、航空航天、环境能源及催化等领域发挥着重要作用。随着纳米技术的发展,纳米材料凭借其优异的物理化学性能与生物相容性而广泛应用于生物医学领域,极大地推动了生物医学的发展。本文综述近5年纳米材料在生物医学应用方面的最新研究进展,包括生物检测、肿瘤诊断、疾病治疗、中药成分分离筛选等,并对当前面临的挑战进行简单讨论,例如纳米材料潜在的细胞毒性、生物利用度低、体内代谢降解等问题亟待解决。通过对纳米材料在生物医学领域最新应用以及其面临问题进行简要总结与讨论,旨在为纳米材料的发展提供新的启发,以期发掘更多纳米材料在生物医学中的应用潜力,从而为生物医学的发展提供助力。Nanomaterials play an important role in materials science,aerospace,environmental energy,catalysis,and other fields due to their excellent physical and chemical properties such as optics,electronics,electrochemistry,and magnetism.With the development of nanotechnology,nanomaterials are widely used in the field of biomedical science due to their excellent physical and chemical properties and biocompatibility,greatly promoting the development of biomedical science.This paper reviews the latest research progress of nanomaterials in biomedical applications in the past five years,including biological detection,tumor diagnosis,disease treatment,and separation and screening of traditional Chinese medicine components.It also briefly discusses the challenges currently faced in biomedical applications,such as the potential cytotoxicity,low bioavailability,and in vivo metabolic degradation of nanomaterials,which urgently need to be addressed.Through a brief summary and discussion of its latest applications and challenges in the field of biomedicine,the aim is to provide new inspiration for the development of nanomaterials,explore more potential applications of nanomaterials in biomedicine,and provide assistance for the development of biomedicine.
