摘　　要：便秘是小儿多发疾病之一,临床常见为功能性便秘,由于小儿“脏腑娇嫩、形气未充、生机蓬勃、发育迅速”的生理特点和“发病容易,传变迅速”的病理特点,致使便秘在儿童人群中高发且极易反复。目前西医治疗小儿便秘以解决症状为主要目的,手段较为单一,远期疗效欠佳;中医则认为小儿便秘病变部位虽然在肠,但与五脏关系密切,临床以调理小儿脏腑功能为核心,有口服中药汤剂、小儿推拿、穴位贴敷、中药灌肠等多种治疗方法,擅从小儿生理病理特质出发剖析病因病机从而辨证论治,做到了真正的“因人制宜”,临床疗效显著。近年来中医许多医家针对小儿功能性便秘的临床治疗研究不断涌现,将如何能使疗效长期化,复发率减低化作为治疗的最终目的,现将最新研究进展进行综述。Constipation is one of the common diseases in children,commonly known as functional constipation in clinical practice.Due to the physiological characteristics of children’s"delicate viscera,insufficient qi,vigorous vitality,and rapid development",as well as the pathological characteristics of"easy onset and rapid transmission",constipation has become more common and prone to recurrence in the pediatric population.At present,the main purpose of Western medicine in treating pediatric constipation is to solve symptoms,and the methods are relatively single,with poor long-term efficacy.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that although the affected area of constipation in children is in the intestine,it is closely related to the five internal organs.Clinically,it focuses on regulating the function of children’s viscera,and there are various treatment methods such as oral Chinese medicine decoction,massage for children,acupoint application,and enema with traditional Chinese medicine,etc.,and it is good to analyze the etiology and pathogenesis from the physiological and pathological characteristics of children so as to treat it according to syndrome differentiation,thus achieving true"tailored treatment"and significant clinical efficacy.In recent years,many traditional Chinese medicine practitioners have been conducting clinical treatment research on functional constipation in children.The ultimate goal of treatment is to achieve long-term efficacy and reduce recurrence rate.This paper reviews the latest research progress.
