基于数据挖掘分析马堃教授治疗围绝经期睡眠障碍的用药规律及核心处方

摘　　要：目的总结马堃教授治疗围绝经期睡眠障碍的用药规律及核心处方。方法收集2011年6月至2022年12月马堃教授在中国中医科学院西苑医院治疗围绝经期睡眠障碍的中药处方,运用中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)软件对处方中的高频药物、性味归经、组方规律进行统计分析,并结合专家访谈,总结用药规律。结果747首处方共包含335种中药,高频药物:龙骨、牡蛎、浮小麦、炙甘草、女贞子、旱莲草、酸枣仁、丹参、当归、龟甲、柏子仁等,核心药物10味,均为高频药物,四气中寒温并重,药味以甘苦为先,归经以肝、肾、心为主;常用药对龙骨、牡蛎,经方“二至丸、甘麦大枣汤”。结论马堃教授治疗围绝经期睡眠障碍以补肾活血、养心安神为主,善用经方“二至丸合甘麦大枣汤”补肾养心,同时善用药对龙骨、牡蛎镇静安神,活血常用丹参、当归。Objective To summarize the medication rule and core prescription of Professor Ma Kun in treating perimenopausal sleep disorders.Methods The traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions of Professor Ma Kun in Xiyuan Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences for the treatment of perimenausal sleep disorders from June 2011 to December 2022 were collected,and the high-frequency medicines,tropism of nature and taste,and prescription rules in the prescriptions were statistically analyzed by using the software of Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform(V2.5),combined with expert interviews,and the medication rules were summarized.Results 747 prescriptions contained 335 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines,including high-frequency medicines such as dragon bones,oyster,light wheat,licorice root,ligustrum lucidum seed,dry lotus root,sour jujube kernel,salvia miltiorrhiza,Angelica sinensis,turtle shell,and cypress seed,etc.The core drugs consisted of 10 types,all of which were high-frequency medicines,with equal emphasis on cold and warm in the four qi,sweet and bitter as the first taste,and liver,kidney and heart as the main meridian tropism;commonly used medicines were dragon bones and oysters,with the classic formula"Erzhi Pill"and"Ganmai Da Zao Decoction".Conclusion Professor Ma Kun’s treatment for perimenopausal sleep disorders mainly focuses on tonifying the kidney,promoting blood circulation,nourishing the heart and calming the mind.He is good at using the classic formula"Erzhi Pill combined with Ganmai Dazao Decoction"to tonify the kidney and nourish the heart.At the same time,he is good at using medication to calm the mind with dragon bones and oysters,and commonly uses salvia miltiorrhiza and Angelica sinensis to promote blood circulation.
