摘  要:目的探讨中国被毛孢治疗小鼠实验性自身免疫性脑脊髓炎(EAE)的作用机制。方法用MOG35-55免疫C57BL/6小鼠诱导EAE模型,分为正常对照组、模型对照组、中国被毛孢菌粉组和地塞米松组,观察中国被毛孢菌丝体对EAE小鼠的细胞因子、HPA轴内分泌等指标的影响。结果模型组和地塞米松组脊髓切片的脱髓鞘评分、ACTH和CRH水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。地塞米松组、模型组FOXP3、IL-10和TGF-β水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论中国被毛孢菌丝体通过干预HPA轴对EAE小鼠起到治疗作用,中国被毛孢具有治疗多发性硬化症的潜力。Objective To investigate the therapeutic mechanism of Trichinella sinensis on experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis(EAE)in mice.Methods C57BL/6 mice were immunized with MOG35-55 to induce EAE model,which were divided into the normal control group,the model control group,the Trichinella sinensis powder group and the dexamethasone group.The effects of Hirsutella sinensis mycelium on cytokines,HPA axis endocrine and other indicators of EAE mice were observed.Results There were significant differences in demyelination score,(adrenocorticotropic hormone)ACTH and corticotropin releasing hormone(CRH)levels between the model group and the dexamethasone group(P<0.05).The levels of FOXP3,IL-10 and TGF-βin the dexamethasone group and the model group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Hirsutella sinensis mycelium has a therapeutic effect on EAE mice by interfering with HPA axis,and has the potential to treat multiple sclerosis.
