督脉灸联合SSRIs类药物治疗阳虚型抑郁症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察督脉灸联合SSRIs类药物治疗阳虚型抑郁症的临床疗效。方法选择2021年6月至2023年6月杭州市第七人民医院收治的抑郁症患者78例,采用随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,每组各39例。对照组予SSRIs类药物治疗,观察组在SSRIs类药物治疗基础上予箱式督脉灸,均治疗4周。比较治疗前、治疗1周、2周及4周后两组汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD-24)积分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、抑郁症中医证候症状量表(TSSS)及Asberg抗抑郁剂副作用量表(SERS)评分。结果治疗前,两组患者HAMD-24积分、SDS评分和TSSS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1周、2周、4周后,两组HAMD-24积分、SDS评分、TSSS评分、SERS评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论督脉灸可以在患者服用SSRIs类药物早期增强其临床疗效,减少药物副作用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the treatment of yang-deficiency type depression by combining Governor moxibustion with SSRIs.Methods Seventy-eight patients with depression admitted to the Seventh People's Hospital of Hangzhou City from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group using the random number method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with SSRIs,and the observation group was treated with box-type dukkha moxibustion on the basis of SSRIs,both of which were treated for 4 weeks.We compared the Hamilton Depression Scale 24(HAMD-24)scores,depression self-assessment scales(SDS),TCM syndrome symptom scale(TSSS)and Asberg antidepressants side effects scale(SERS)scores of the two groups before the treatment,after 1,2 and 4 weeks of treatment.Side Effects Scale(SERS)score.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the HAMD-24 score,SDS score and TSSS score of the two groups(P>0.05);after 1,2 and 4 weeks of treatment,there was a statistically significant difference between the HAMD-24 score,SDS score,TSSS score and SERS score of the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Governor moxibustion can enhance the clinical efficacy and reduce the side effects of drugs in the early stage of patients taking SSRIs.
