足三里择时穴位按摩联合五音呼吸操治疗COPD康复期的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨足三里择时穴位按摩联合五音呼吸操治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)康复期患者的疗效。方法选取2022年1至8月本院收治的COPD康复期患者102例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各51例。对照组予常规治疗联合五音呼吸操训练,观察组在对照组基础上加用足三里择时穴位按摩。比较两组临床疗效、干预前后胃肠功能、肺功能、炎性递质水平、红细胞免疫功能及圣乔治问卷(SGRQ)评分。结果两组临床总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预3个月后,两组患者胃肠功能、肺功能、炎性递质水平、红细胞免疫功能及生活质量评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论足三里择时穴位按摩联合五音呼吸操治疗可改善COPD康复期患者胃肠功能、肺功能,并提升生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of acupoint massage at Zusanli(ST36)combined with five-tone breathing exercise on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)during rehabilitation period.Methods A total of 102 patients with COPD in rehabilitation period admitted to our hospital from January to August 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment combined with five-tone breathing exercise training.Based on the control group,the observation group was given Zusanli acupoint massage at selected times.The clinical efficacy,gastrointestinal function,lung function,inflammatory transmitter level,red blood cell immune function and St George questionnaire(SGRQ)score before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).After 3 months of intervention,there were statistically significant differences in gastrointestinal function,lung function,inflammatory transmitter level,red blood cell immune function and quality of life scores between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint massage at Zusanli combined with five-tone breathing exercise can improve the gastrointestinal function,lung function and quality of life of COPD patients during rehabilitation period.
