虚秘贴穴位贴敷治疗老年COPD稳定期便秘的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察虚秘贴穴位贴敷治疗老年肺脾气虚型慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期合并便秘患者的疗效。方法选取2020年7月至2022年6月收治的老年COPD稳定期便秘患者68例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各34例。对照组予便秘相关干预方法;观察组在对照组的基础上予虚秘贴穴位贴敷治疗,治疗7 d。比较两组临床疗效、肺脾气虚证单项症状评分、便秘主要症状评分。结果治疗后两组治疗总有效率、肺脾气虚证单项症状评分及便秘主要症状体征评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论虚秘贴穴位贴敷治疗肺脾气虚型COPD稳定期便秘患者疗效显著,有利于患者中医证候与便秘症状体征的恢复。Objective To observe the effect of deficiency and constipation acupoint application on elderly patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)with deficiency of lung-spleen qi and constipation.Methods Sixty-eight elderly patients with stable COPD and constipation admitted from July 2020 to June 2022 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was given constipation-related intervention methods.Based on the treatment in the control group,the patients in the observation group were treated with acupoint application of Xu Mi plaster for 7 days.The clinical efficacy,single symptom score of lung-spleen qi deficiency syndrome and main symptom score of constipation were compared between the two groups.Results There were significant differences in the total effective rate,single symptom score of lung-spleen qi deficiency syndrome and main symptom score of constipation between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The acupoint application of deficiency constipation plaster is effective in the treatment of COPD patients with deficiency of lung-spleen qi,which is beneficial to the recovery of TCM syndromes and constipation symptoms and signs.
