超声引导下EnCor微创旋切术与小切口手术治疗乳腺结节的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨超声引导下EnCor微创旋切术与小切口手术治疗乳腺结节的效果。方法选择2018年6月至2022年6月诊断为乳腺结节并择期行手术的女性患者120例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各60例,对照组行小切口传统手术,观察组行超声引导下EnCor微创旋切术。比较两组手术时间、切口直径、切口愈合时间、手术结节个数、术后疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、术后乳房美观效果满意度、SF-36量表评分、术后并发症及复发情况。结果两组手术时间、切口直径、切口愈合时间、手术结节个数比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后2 h、4 h,观察组患者VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后1个月,两组患者对乳房美观效果评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后3个月、6个月,两组患者患者SF-36评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术后均无并发症,且术后恢复良好,无复发情况。结论超声引导下EnCor微创旋切术可以缩短乳腺结节患者术后创口愈合时间,提高患者对术后乳房美观效果接受度,更利于改善患者生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of ultrasound-guided EnCor minimally invasive resection and small incision surgery in the treatment of breast nodules.Methods A total of 120 female patients diagnosed with breast nodules and scheduled for surgical treatment from June 2018 to June 2022 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional small incision surgery,and the observation group was treated with ultrasound-guided EnCor minimally invasive rotary resection.The operation time,incision diameter,incision healing time,number of surgical nodules,postoperative visual analogue scale(VAS)score,satisfaction with postoperative breast cosmetic effect,SF-36 scale score,postoperative complications and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results There were significant differences in operation time,incision diameter,incision healing time and the number of surgical nodules between the two groups(P<0.05).At 2 h and 4 h after operation,the VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).One month after surgery,there was statistically significant difference in the cosmetic effect score of breast between the two groups(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in SF-36 scores between the two groups 3 months and 6 months after operation(P<0.05).There were no postoperative complications in the two groups,and the postoperative recovery was good,without recurrence.Conclusion Ultrasound-guided EnCor minimally invasive resection can shorten the time of wound healing in patients with breast nodules,improve the acceptance of postoperative breast cosmetic effect,and improve the quality of life of patients.
