针刀联合中药熏洗治疗寒湿型腰痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨针刀联合中药熏洗治疗腰痛病(寒湿痹阻型)的临床疗效。方法选取2020年11月至2021年4月浙江中医药大学附属第三医院收治的腰痛病(寒湿痹阻型)患者60例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例,其中观察组予针刀联合中药熏洗治疗,对照组予单纯针刀治疗。比较两组患者术前、术后1个月及术后3个月疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(JOA)和Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷得分情况(ODI)及治疗有效率。结果两组患者治疗前后VAS、JOA、ODI评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刀联合中药熏洗治疗寒湿型腰痛在减轻患者疼痛、恢复患者局部功能方面有良好的疗效。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupotomy combined with fumigation and washing with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of low back pain(cold-damp obstruction).Methods Sixty patients with low back pain(cold-damp obstruction type)admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University from November 2020 to April 2021 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with needle knife combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation,and the control group was treated with needle knife alone.Visual analogue scale(VAS),Japanese Orthopedic Association Scores(JOA),Oswestry disability index(ODI)scores and treatment efficiency were compared between the two groups before operation,1 month and 3 months after operation.Results The VAS,JOA and ODI scores of the two groups before and after treatment were significantly different(P<0.05),and the treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupotomy combined with fumigation and washing with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cold-dampness type low back pain has a good effect in relieving pain and restoring local function.
