摘 要:河道行洪能力受到诸多因素的影响。文章结合河道规划设计及实际运行中遇到的河道糙率、地面沉降等因素导致河道行洪能力与规划设计不符的情况进行探讨分析,结果表明:河道糙率对河道行洪能力影响较大,断面行洪量占河道全断面行洪量的比例越高,则此区域内糙率变化对河道行洪能力影响越大;河道过洪量越大,滩地糙率变化对河道水深变化影响越明显;区域性地面沉降可能对河道行洪能力、调度运行安全及区域排涝能力产生明显影响。针对以上结论,给出相应的对策建议,以期对未来的规划设计及管理工作提供借鉴参考。The flood discharge capacity of watercourse is influenced by many factors.This article discusses and analyzes the situation where the flood discharge capacity of a river does not match the planned design due to factors such as river roughness and land subsidence encountered in river planning and design,as well as in actual operation.The results show that river roughness has a significant impact on the flood discharge capacity of a river.The higher the proportion of cross-sectional flood discharge capacity to the total cross-sectional flood discharge capacity of a river,the greater the impact of changes in roughness in this area on the flood discharge capacity of the river.The larger the flood discharge capacity of the river,the more obvious the impact of changes in roughness on the water depth of the river.Regional land subsidence may have a significant impact on the flood discharge capacity,operational safety,and regional drainage capacity of river channels.Based on the above conclusions,corresponding rmeasures and suggestions are proposed to provide reference for future planning,design,and management work.
