摘 要:温榆河公园是贯彻习近平生态文明思想的具体实践,也是北京市首次在公园建设层面实现“水绿共治”的典范工程。文章回顾了温榆河公园蓄滞洪区的规划建设过程,从公园生态空间到公园型蓄滞洪区、到“通州堰”防洪分洪体系、到创新干支流洪水的调控方法,再到大库容小土方的低碳规划建设,总结归纳了温榆河公园蓄滞洪区从规划到落地建成的经验,能够对未来公园型蓄滞洪区的规划建设起到一定的指导和借鉴作用。Wenyuhe Park is a concrete practice of implementing General Secretary Xi Jinping's ecological civilization ideas,and it is also the first exemplary project in Beijing to achieve“water and green co-governance”in park construction.The article reviews the planning and construction process of the Wenyuhe Park flood storage and detention area,from the park ecological space to the park type flood storage and detention area,the“Tongzhouyan”flood control and diversion system,the innovative control methods of main and tributary floods,and the low-carbon planning and construction of large storage capacity and small earthwork.It summarizes the experience of the Wenyuhe Park flood storage and detention area from planning to implementation,which can provide certain guidance and reference for the planning and construction of future park type flood storage and detention areas.
