摘 要:随着杏北油田开发方式及生产需求不断变化,污水系统面临着水量平衡矛盾、外来废液冲击、采出液性质变化等诸多难题。为了保障水质长期稳定达标,需要持续攻关瓶颈难题、开展工艺优化、实施精细管控,通过技术与管理相结合、系统与节点相结合、质量与效益相结合的方式持续提高注水质量。为此杏北油田通过多年的发展及完善,形成“来水、沉降、过滤、注入”全流程技术管理系列:来水环节通过过渡层抑制剂研发改善源头来液;沉降环节应用热成像技术、优化伴热盘管结构、恢复气浮工艺提高沉降效率;过滤环节应用新型布水破板结过滤罐、创新“闷罐提温反洗”方式、优化回收水池结构改善滤料再生效果;注入环节确定硫化物、Fe2+管理指标,明确还原性物质控制方法保障体系质量。最终实现全流程水质精细管控,不断改善注水质量,为油田“注好水、注够水、精细注水、高效注水”提供可靠保障。With the continuous changes in the development mode and production demand of Xingbei Oilfield,the sewage system is facing many challenges such as water balance contradiction,external waste liquid impact,and changes in the properties of the produced liquid.In order to ensure the longterm stability and compliance of water quality,it is necessary to continuously tackle bottleneck problems,carry out process optimization,implement fine control,and continuously improve the quality of water injection through the combination of technology and management,system and node,and quality and efficiency.For this reason,Xingbei Oilfield has developed and improved for many years,forming a full process technical management series of"water inflow,sedimentation,filtration,and injection".The water inflow process is improved by developing transition layer inhibitors to improve the liquid inflow from the source.The application of thermal imaging technology,optimization of heat tracing coil structure,and restoration of air flotation process are carried out to improve settlement efficiency in the settlement process.The filtration process utilizes a new type of water distribution breaking plate filtration tank,innovates the"closed tank heating and backwashing"method,optimizes the structure of the recycling water tank to improve the regeneration effect of filter materials.Determination of sulfide and Fe2+management indicators in the injection process,and clarification of reducing substance control methods to ensure system quality.The ultimate goal is to achieve precise water quality control throughout the entire process,continuously improve the quality of water injection,and provide reliable guarantees for the oilfield's"good water injection,sufficient water injection,fine water injection,and efficient water injection".
