摘  要:近年来,大庆某采油厂在开发生产实践中不断探索,形成了具有外围油田特色的地面建设模式、系统调整措施和能耗管理技术。在稠油区块开发建设中,采用分批建设、集中处理、活动注汽、橇装建设等建设方式,优化了稠油处理站的工艺流程,实现了稠油外输含水≤0.5%并稳定达标。在系统调整方面,实施了以“关、停、并、转”为手段的低效治理措施,深化了区域优化调整措施,优化了低效站场和集油环治理,从而提升了生产管理效益。此外,该厂还不断探索电加热优化运行,建立了电加热工艺优化模型,并创新推广了“三分”“四定”管理规定,进一步提升了节能降耗的空间。In recent years,a certain production plant in Daqing has continuously explored and developed its production practice,forming a unique surface construction mode,system adjustment measures,and energy consumption management technology with the characteristics of peripheral oilfields.In the development and construction of thick oil blocks,construction methods such as batch construction,centralized processing,movable steam injection,and modular construction have been adopted to optimize the process flow of thick oil treatment stations,and achieve an outlet water content of≤0.5%for stable standardization.In terms of system adjustment,low-efficiency management measures such as"turning off","stopping","combining",and"turning over"have been implemented to deepen regional optimization adjustment measures,and the treatment of inefficient sites and gathering oil pipelines have been optimized,thus improving the production management efficiency.Additionally,the plant has continuously explored the optimal operation of electric heating,established an optimization model for electric heating technology,and innovatively promoted the"three in one"and"four fixed"management regulations to further expand the space for energy conservation and consumption reduction.
