摘 要:某钢铁企业钢包烘烤位多,同时基本属于单点控制,缺少确计量和精准控制系统。针对这一现状,通过升级改造钢包烘烤PLC自动控制系统,可以实现不同状态钢包的自动按照烘烤工艺曲线完成钢包烘烤过程,以及钢包烘烤气体的精准控制和计量,有效降低了煤气消耗近30%。改造升级后炼钢车间钢包烘烤控制和数据通过以网络与厂三级系统进行连接,实现了钢包烘烤的远程控制和能源消耗数据统计,为钢铁行业钢包烘烤技术发展具有一定的参考意义。There are many ladle baking positions in a steel enterprise,and at the same time,it is basically a single point control,without accurate measurement and accurate control system.In view of this situation,this project can realize the ladle baking process in different states automatically according to the baking process curve,and the accurate control and measurement of ladle baking gas in a certain enterprise by upgrading and reforming the ladle baking PLC automatic control system.The gas consumption is effectively reduced by nearly 30%,and the ladle baking control and data in the steelmaking workshop are connected through Ethernet after the transformation and upgrading,and the remote control and energy consumption data detection of ladle baking are realized.This paper has certain reference significance for the development of ladle baking technology in the steel industry.
