基于层次分析法的河南省区域物流能力影响因素研究

摘　　要：河南省物流业具有交通枢纽优势、产业供给优势、物流规模优势和营商环境优势,物流产业对促进区域经济快速发展具有积极作用,加快现代物流业发展势在必行,但其存在区域发展不平衡等问题。文章以河南省为研究对象,运用层次分析法对影响区域物流能力的关键因素进行分析,其中包含人均GDP、社会消费品零售总额、物流业固定资产投资、物流业增加值、货运量、货物周转量、物流业R&D人数等10个具体指标。分析结果表明,对河南省区域物流能力影响最大、重要程度最高的指标包括物流业固定资产投资、物流业就业人数及物流业R&D人数。基于分析结果,文章进一步提出加强基础设施建设、以经济进步带动物流产业、构建人才培养新体系、加强物流资源整合与宏观调控等提升对策,以期为河南省区域物流能力的发展提供借鉴。The logistics industry in Henan Province has the advantages of transportation hub,industrial supply,logistics scale and business environment.The logistics industry has a positive role in promoting the rapid development of the regional economy,and it is imperative to accelerate the development of modern logistics industry,but there are problems such as unbalanced regional development.The article takes Henan Province as the research object and uses the hierarchical analysis method to analyze the key factors affecting the regional logistics capacity,which includes 10 specific indicators such as GDP per capita,total retail sales of social consumer goods,fixed asset investment in logistics industry,added value of logistics industry,freight volume,cargo turnover and the number of R&D personnel in logistics industry.The results of the analysis show that the indicators with the greatest impact and importance on the regional logistics capacity of Henan Province include the investment in fixed assets in logistics,the number of people employed in logistics and the number of people engaged in R&D in logistics.Based on the analysis results,the article further proposes measures to strengthen infrastructure construction,drive the logistics industry with economic progress,build a new system of talent training and strengthen the integration and macro-control of logistics resources,in order to provide reference for the development of regional logistics capacity in Henan Province.
