云南省跨境电商与物流协同评价及提升对策

摘　　要：近年来,随着云南省跨境电商飞速发展,云南省跨境物流的发展也随之不断加快,但二者发展规模、基础设施及服务质量等多方面发展不协调。文章通过云南省跨境电商与跨境物流的基本现状,构建复合系统有序度模型来计算并分析二者协同度,发现云南省跨境电商与物流复合系统整体呈现上升趋势,但波动幅度较大,跨境电商复合系统在产业发展、跨境物流服务及支撑产业发展等方面存在系列问题,在此基础上本文提出了加强搭建协同数据平台、培育市场主体、探索物流服务新模式等对策建议,以期促进云南省跨境电商与物流的协同发展。In recent years,with the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce in Yunnan Province,the development of cross-border logistics in Yunnan Province has also accelerated,but the development scale,infrastructure and service quality of the two are not coordinated.Based on the basic status quo of cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics in Yunnan Province,this paper builds a composite system order degree model to calculate and analyze the degree of collaboration between the two.It is found that the composite system of cross-border e-commerce and logistics in Yunnan Province shows an overall upward trend,but the volatility is large.There are a series of problems in the composite system of cross-border e-commerce in terms of industrial development,cross-border logistics services and supporting industrial development.On this basis,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions such as strengthening the construction of data platform,cultivating market players and exploring new logistics service models,so as to promote the coordinated development of cross-border e-commerce and logistics in Yunnan Province.
