摘　　要：海南物流园区在发展过程中,应借鉴普洛斯的盈利模式,强化招商引资,提高服务质量,推动产业升级。同时,应充分利用当地的优惠政策,举办招商活动,增强客户满意度。此外,应关注行业动态和技术发展趋势,提升园区的综合竞争力和可持续发展能力。最终实现物流园区的绿色化、数字化、智能化转型。In the development process of Hainan Logistics Park,it is necessary to learn from the profit model of GLP,strengthen investment promotion,improve service quality,and promote industrial upgrading.At the same time,it is necessary to make full use of local preferential policies,hold investment promotion activities,and enhance customer satisfaction.In addition,it is necessary to pay attention to industry dynamics and technological development trends,and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness and sustainable development ability of the park.Ultimately,the green,digital,and intelligent transformation of the logistics park can be realized.
