“四引四融、跃层引领”职业本科专业建设与人才培养创新实践——以广西城市职业大学现代物流管理专业为例

摘　　要：新质生产力以其高科技、高效能、高质量的特征,引领着创新潮流,推动着产业的升级和转型。职业本科院校作为培养行业高层次技术技能型人才的重要阵地,面临如何对接行业需求、提升学生综合竞争力的挑战。文章以广西城市职业大学现代物流管理专业的创新实践为例,提出了“四引四融、跃层引领”的人才培养模式,即通过把企业引入学校、把技术引入教材、把产品引入课堂、把大师引入教室;把学校融入园区、把教室融入企业、把教学融入车间、把学生融入岗位,并以跨层次的跃层模式打破院校壁垒、通畅中高本“立交桥”,提升中高职一体化人才培养质量,形成现代物流管理专业教育特色与优势,助力现代物流管理的新质人才高质量发展,为新质人才培养提供新动能。Characterized by high technology,high efficiency,and high quality,new productive forces lead the wave of innovation and drive industry upgrades and transformations.As key institutions for training high-level technical and skilled professionals for various industries,vocational undergraduate colleges face the challenge of aligning with industry demands and enhancing students'comprehensive competitiveness.This study uses the innovative practices of the modern logistics management program at Guangxi City Vocational University as an example to propose a"four drivers,four integrations,and multi-level leadership"talent cultivation model.This model brings companies into schools,technology into textbooks,products into classrooms,and experts into teaching;integrates schools with industrial parks,classrooms with businesses,instruction with workshops,and students with jobs.Through a cross-level,multi-tier approach,it breaks institutional barriers,enables seamless pathways between secondary,higher,and undergraduate vocational education,improves the quality of integrated talent cultivation,and builds distinctive strengths in modern logistics management education.This approach empowers the high-quality development of new talents in modern logistics,providing fresh momentum for new talent cultivation.
