试论现代监狱建筑内涵认知标准及其建设规则

摘　　要：监狱建筑有别于其他建筑,监狱建筑物理架构及其装饰反映着刑罚惩罚和国家法治文化。监狱建筑设计与建设缺乏强制标准规制是当下监狱建筑呈现凌乱现象的主要诱因。在高质量建设中国式现代化监狱大势目标下,必须从思想认知上着手,解决监狱建筑涉及与建设标准问题,按照现代监狱建设的需求,合理区分不同监狱、监区,甚至不同单体监狱建筑的功能需求,规范建筑设计,统一文化装饰标准,打造符合中国行刑模式的监狱建筑形态。同时,加强建设监管,防止夸大功能需求,任意增减、修改设计标准,奢靡浪费,破坏监狱形象,影响国家法治。Prison building is different from other buildings.The physical structure and decoration of prison building and its decoration reflect punishment and punishment and national rule of law culture.The lack of mandatory standard regulation in prison building design and construction is the main inducement of the messy phenomenon of prison buildings.Under the high quality construction of Chinese modern prison trend target,must start from the ideological cognition,solve the prison construction and construction standards,according to the needs of modern prison construction,reasonable distinguish between different prison,prison,and even different functional requirements of monomer prison building,science set up architectural design,unified cultural decoration standards,build Chinese execution pattern of prison building pattern.At the same time,we will strengthen construction supervision to prevent exaggerated functional needs,arbitrarily increase or decrease,modify design standards,extravagance and waste,damage the image,and affect the country's rule of law.
