摘  要:双极电极电化学发光(Bipolar Electrode Electrochemiluminescence,BPE-ECL)是一种由外加电压形成界面电势差驱动法拉第反应优先发生在电解池或电解液两端,产生阳极氧化反应和阴极还原反应而诱发的发光现象。因其无线便携、低成本、可视化且无需外部光源等优势,广泛应用于生物标志物快速检测。近年来,关于BPE-ECL的生物传感器研究急剧增长,该文分类回顾了近十年来BPE-ECL检测方法在生物标志物检测中的研究进展,并对其发展前景进行展望。Bipolar Electrode Electrochemiluminescence(BPE-ECL)is a kind of interfacial potential difference formed by applied voltage,which preferentially drives Faraday reaction at both ends of the electrolytic cell or electrolyte to induce the emission via anodic oxidation reaction or cathode reduction reaction.Because of its advantages of wireless portability,low cost,visualization and no external light source,it is widely used in rapid biomarker detection.In recent years,the research on biosensors of BPE-ECL has increased rapidly.In this paper,the research progress on BPE-ECL system in biomarker detection has been reviewed in the past decade to forecast its development prospect.
