摘 要:为了优化可降解软磨料水射流清洗工艺,基于响应面法,建立了软磨料水射流清洗再制造零部件的清洗速率、比能耗、表面粗糙度关于射流压力、靶距、磨料浓度和进给速度的回归模型,并进行了试验验证;研究了软磨料水射流清洗再制造零部件各参数之间的交互作用对清洗性能的影响,并进行了参数优化。结果表明,在保证不损坏零部件基体的前提下,分别以低比能耗和高清洗速率为目标制定了两套优化准则,以低比能耗为优化目标时,当射流压力为112 MPa、靶距为65 mm、磨料浓度为7%、进给速度为2.1 m/min时最佳,此时有最小清洗比能耗0.134 kW·h/m^(2),最大清洗速率为85.216 mm^(2)/s;以高清洗速率为优化目标时,当射流压力为139 MPa、靶距为80 mm、磨料浓度为5%、进给速度为1.8 m/min时最佳,此时有最大清洗速率104.435 mm^(2)/s,最小清洗比能耗为0.153 kW·h/m^(2)。研究结果可为软磨料水射流清洗工艺参数的优化提供参考。In order to optimize the water jet cleaning technology of degradable soft abrasive,based on the response surface method,a regression model of the cleaning rate,specific energy consumption and surface roughness of soft abrasive water jet cleaning and remanufactured parts on jet pressure,standoff distance,abrasive concentration and feed rate was established,and the experimental verification was carried out;the interaction between parameters of remanufactured parts for soft abrasive water jet cleaning on the cleaning performance were studied and optimized.The results indicate that:on the premise of ensuring that the part base is not damaged,two sets of optimization criteria are formulated with low specific energy consumption and high cleaning rate as the objectives,for example,when the low specific energy consumption is the optimization goal,when the jet pressure is 112 MPa,the standoff distance is 65 mm,the abrasive concentration is 7%,and the feed rate is 2.1 m/min,the minimum cleaning specific energy consumption is 0.134 kW·h/m^(2) and the maximum cleaning rate is 85.216 mm^(2)/s,and when the high cleaning rate is taken as the optimization goal,when the jet pressure is 139 MPa,the standoff distance is 80 mm,the abrasive concentration is 5%,the feed rate is 1.8 m/min,the maximum cleaning rate is 104.435 mm^(2)/s,and the minimum cleaning specific energy consumption is 0.153 kW·h/m^(2).The research results can provide reference for the optimization of soft abrasive water jet process cleaning parameters.
