摘 要:纳米氧化铟(In_(2)O_(3))因其宽带隙、良好导电性和更好的化学稳定性等优点受到人们的广泛关注。采用水热法成功合成了In_(2)O_(3)粉体,通过紫外-可见-近红外分光光度计、傅立叶红外光谱仪、拉曼光谱仪和场发射扫描电子显微镜等对In_(2)O_(3)粉体的结构和性能进行表征,并进一步研究了它对有机物的光催化性能。结果表明,所制备的粉体为具有氧空位的立方相氧化铟;粉体在紫外区有较好的光吸收,光学带隙为2.69 eV;In_(2)O_(3)呈棒状结构,棒状体的长度约为350 nm,直径约为120 nm,还存在荧光特性。In_(2)O_(3)粉体对甲基橙具有光催化降解特性。紫外线光照100 min,In_(2)O_(3)对甲基橙的降解率便可达到16%左右。Indium oxide nanopowder(In_(2)O_(3))has received much attention due to its advantages such as wide band gap,good electrical conductivity and better chemical stability.In_(2)O_(3) powder was successfully synthesized by hydrothermal method,and the structure and properties of In_(2)O_(3) powder were characterized by UV-Vis-NIR spectrophotometer,Fourier infrared spectrometer,Raman spectrometer,and field-emission scanning electron microscope,etc.,and its photocatalytic performance on organic matter was further investigated.The results showed that the prepared powder is cubic phase indium oxide with oxygen vacancies;the powder has good light absorption in the ultraviolet region with an optical band gap of 2.69 eV;In_(2)O_(3) has a rod-like structure with the length of the rod about 350 nm and the diameter of the rod about 120 nm,and fluorescence properties are also present.The In_(2)O_(3) powder possesses the photocatalytic degradation properties for methyl orange.The degradation rate of In_(2)O_(3) on methyl orange could reach about 16%after 100 min of UV illumination.
