摘 要:为提高高速、精密机床的设计精度,提出一种基于钢板-混凝土的组合式床身结构设计方案。首先,以钢板为外包层,混凝土为内部填充物,建立组合式床身模型,并将两组导轨以预埋的方式嵌入混凝土中;其次,以工件的切削过程为研究背景,运用数值分析技术研究钢板厚度及预埋深度与床身动静刚度之间的内在关系;最后,以床身的质量、变形量和低阶模态频率为优化目标,运用matlab软件进行多目标优化,获得pareto解集,确认最佳设计方案。结果表明:与原铸铁床身相比,组合式床身的质量和静变形量分别减小了18.56%和89.10%,一阶模态频率提高了322.74%,制造成本下降了67.51%,大幅度降低了制造成本。To improve the design accuracy of high speed and precision machine tools,a composite structure design scheme of machine tool bed based on composite material is proposed.The composite material is mainly composed of steel plate and concrete.Firstly,the combined bed model is built with steel plate as the outer layer and concrete as the inner filler,and the two groups of guideways are embedded in the concrete in a pre-buried way.Secondly,taking the cutting process of workpiece as the research background,the internal relationship between the thickness of steel plate and the embedded depth and the dynamic and static stiffness of the bed is studied by numerical analysis.Finally,the mass,deformation and low order modal frequency of the bed are taken as the optimization objectives,the multi-objective optimization is carried out by using matlab software,the pareto solution set is obtained,and the optimum design scheme is confirmed.The results show that compared with the original cast iron bed,the mass and static deformation of the combined bed are reduced by 18.56%and 89.10%,respectively,the first-order modal frequency is increased by 322.74%and the manufacturing cost is reduced by 67.51%.The manufacturing cost is greatly reduced.
