摘　　要：系统观念是基础性的思想方法和工作方法。进一步全面深化改革是一项复杂的系统工程,需要以系统观念来把握改革的全局与重点、整体与部分、联系与区别。在进一步全面深化改革中坚持系统观念是基于马克思主义世界观与方法论的理论指导,是基于中国共产党领导改革开放历史经验的深刻总结,是应对进一步全面深化改革中多种复杂问题的必然要求。以系统观念推进进一步全面深化改革的内在要求关键在于坚持系统思考、坚持系统谋划、坚持系统部署、坚持系统推进与坚持系统集成。在推进进一步全面深化改革系统工程的实践进路中,需要坚持党对进一步全面深化改革系统的领导,在系统整体上突出进一步全面深化改革的着力重点,在系统全局中正确处理好进一步全面深化改革的重大关系。The systematic perspective serves as a fundamental ideological and methodological foundation.The endeavor to further comprehensively deepen reform is a complex and systematic project that necessitates a systematic perspective to grasp the overall situation,key points,interconnections,and distinctions within the reform.Adopting a systematic perspective in further comprehensively deepening reform is rooted in the theoretical guidance of Marxist worldview and methodology,a profound reflection on the historical experience of the Communist Party of China in leading reform and opening-up,and an inevitable demand for addressing the multifaceted challenges arising from this process.The internal necessities for advancing further comprehensive deepening of reform from a systematic perspective involve embracing systematic thinking,planning,implementation,advancement,and integration.In terms of practical strategies for advancing this systematic project,it is crucial to uphold the Party's leadership in the reform system,emphasize the holistic focus of the reform,and correctly navigate the major relationships involved in further comprehensively deepening reform from a holistic vantage point.
