日照市东港区河砂管理现状及对策

摘　　要：在全面推动河湖长制有名有实的背景下,水利部提出以河湖长制为平台,落实采砂管理责任的要求。本文主要分析了东港区河砂资源现状,指出当下东港区河砂管理的重点是打击非法采砂活动,进一步研究了非法采砂监管的难点以及东港区在河砂资源监督管理方面的重要举措,为打击非法采砂行为、建立良好的河砂资源管理局面,提出相关建议。Under the background of comprehensively promoting the river and lake chief system into places,the Ministry of Water Resources(MWR)proposed that the river and lake chief system should be taken as a platform to implement the responsibility of sand mining management.This paper mainly analyzes the current situation of river sand resources in Donggang District,points out that the current focus of river sand management is to take strong actions on illegal sand mining activities,further studies the difficulties in the supervision of illegal sand mining and the important measures in the supervision and management of river sand resources.Furthermore,it puts forward relevant suggestions to beat illegal sand mining behaviors and establish fine river sand resources management.
