嘉祥县城区再生水资源回用初探

摘　　要：嘉祥县污水处理厂(城区)设计规模8万m3/d,目前年产中水1800万m3,设计出水水质为国家一级A标准。但由于中水全盐量、硫酸盐等控制项目达不到计划用水企业的要求,迄今仍无企业用户,仅蓄存于城区河道。如何用好用足中水资源,使之发挥恰如其分的效益,不仅符合建设节水型社会、一水多用的要求,而且对于水资源并不富裕的嘉祥县来说,中水回用也是不可忽视的开辟新水资源途径。笔者就此提出了近期对策和远景建议。The design scale of sewage treatment plant in Jiaxiang County(urban area)is 80,000 m3/d,and the current annual output of recycled water is 18 million m3,and the designed effluent quality is the national first-class A standard.However,due to the salt content of the water,sulfate and other control indicators cannot meet the requirements of planned water enterprises,so far there are still no business users,only stored in the urban river.How to use enough recycled water resources to make it play the appropriate benefits,not only meets the requirements of building a water-saving society for multi-utilization of water,but also for Jiaxiang County,which is in shortage of water resources,water reuse is also a way to open up new resources that cannot be ignored.In this regard,the author puts forward the short-term countermeasures and long-term suggestions.
