Taking the"YEAH Returning Home"Quanmin Night School in Jinan as an example, this paper uses LDA theme analysis model combined with sentiment analysis and Neo4j graph database knowledge graph analysis to conduct multidimensional analysis of readers′comment data on social media platforms.Six core themes were identified through text mining:the integration of night schools and urban spaces, diversified courses and innovation, social participation and public response, social and community interaction, personal growth and lifelong learning, and modern education models and youth identity. The sentiment analysis results show that citizens generally have a high positive evaluation of night schools, but there are also some negative voices and neutral attitudes. The complex relationship between course content, teacher qualification and student feedback was revealed through Neo4j graph database.Based on the analysis results, this paper puts forward the improvement strategies for library night school services for citizens, such as innovating the service model with cross-border integration, optimization of curriculum setting and faculty construction, improving students′online and offline participation, driving personal development and career growth, strengthening brand building and promotion, and establishing service evaluation and feedback mechanisms.
