数控车床模拟量主轴系统故障分析及对策

摘  要:制造业中普遍使用的数控车床是集机、电、气、液、自动化等为一体的制造装备,多采用模拟量主轴系统。掌握数控车床模拟量主轴系统的工作原理、PLC梯形图和调试参数,是解决其故障的必要基础。了解现代数控车床模拟量主轴系统的常见故障现象、主要原因、相应对策及典型故障案例,是操作者进一步快速解决故障的关键。操作者学会分析及应用模拟量主轴系统,可以增强设备用户解决故障的能力,丰富维修数控机床的经验,最终达到提高设备有效度、增加企业效益的目的。The CNC lathe commonly used in the manufacturing industry is a manufacturing equipment integrating machine,electricity,gas,hydraulic,automation,etc.,and mostly adopts the analog spindle system.To master the working principle,PLC ladder diagram and debugging parameters of numerical control lathe spindle system is the necessary basis for solving its faults.To understand the common fault phenomena,main reasons,corresponding countermeasures and typical fault cases of modern CNC lathe analog spindle system is the key to further solve the fault quickly.Learning to analyze and apply the analog spindle system can enhance the ability of equipment users to solve faults,enrich the experience of maintenance of CNC machine tools,and ultimately achieve the purpose of improving the effectiveness of equipment and increasing the benefit of enterprises.
