农业强国背景下构建甘薯产业强链面临的困境及对策

摘　　要：农业产业是经济社会发展的根基,加快建设农业强国,势必要推动农业全产业链的转型升级。甘薯产业历来是中国重要的农业产业之一,随着农业强国目标的提出,甘薯产业链如何转型升级使其契合农业强国的内涵与要求不断变“强”,对于甘薯产业发展至关重要。基于此,本研究从甘薯产业链发展现状入手,结合农业强国对甘薯产业发展的迫切要求,锚定建设农业强国目标,指出构建甘薯产业强链当前面临的现实困境,并提出完善甘薯繁育体系、加大科技创新力度、提升机械化水平、延长甘薯加工链条、开发精深加工品、扩建销售网络体系、加强品牌建设、创新利益联结机制、发挥政府引领作用等对策,以期提升甘薯产业链发展水平,加快构建甘薯产业强链,助推农业强国目标的实现。The agricultural industry is the foundation of development,accelerating the construction of a strong agriculture requires promoting the transformation and upgrading of the whole agricultural industry chain.The sweet potato industry has always been one of China's important agricultural industries,with the proposed goal of agricultural power,how to build sweet potato industry chain and make it fit the connotation and requirements of a strong agriculture,and constantly become"stronger",is crucial to the development of sweet potato industry.Based on this,this paper started from the development status quo of sweet potato industry chain,combined the urgent requirements of a strong agriculture on the development of sweet potato industry,anchored the goal of building a strong agriculture,pointed out that building a strong chain of sweet potato industry is currently facing the reality of the dilemma,and put forward countermeasures such as perfecting sweet potato breeding system,increasing scientific and technological innovation,improving mechanization level,extending sweet potato processing chain,developing deep-processed products,expanding marketing network system,strengthening brand building,innovating benefit linkage mechanism,and playing the leading role of the government,with a view to enhancing the development level of sweet potato industry chain,speeding up the construction of a strong chain of sweet potato industry,and boosting the realization of the goal of a strong agriculture.
