摘　　要：构建数字信用体系有助于茶产业在数字化时代焕发新的生机与活力,推动茶产业转型升级。本研究深入探讨了农村三级信用体系在推动茶产业实现高质量发展中的应用及其价值,针对中国茶产业当前面临的主要问题,包括产业结构不尽合理、产品附加值偏低、机械化程度有限等,提出了运用数字化手段构建“四农”发展框架的创新思路。本研究建议构建农村三级信用系统,旨在通过破除信用瓶颈、创立可信赖的数据管理机制,克服茶产业在标准化和品牌化建设过程中遇到的难题,进一步详细阐述实施这一体系的路径与策略,力求借助数字技术全面推动茶产业的转型升级,提升生产效率、优化产品质量,并增强市场竞争力。农村三级信用体系不仅能够强化茶产业的信任机制,还对促进农村经济发展、提升农民获取金融服务的能力具有积极作用,从而助力茶产业实现可持续、高质量的发展。Building a digital credit system can help the tea industry revitalization in the digital age,and drive the transformation and upgrading of the tea industry.This paper delved into the application and value of a three-tier rural credit system in promoting the high-quality development of the tea industry,addressing the main challenges currently faced by China's tea industry,including irrational industrial structure,low product added value,and limited mechanization,an innovative approach to constructing a"four agricultures"development framework was put forward using digital means.Specifically,this paper suggested building a three-tier rural credit system to overcome credit bottlenecks and establish a reliable data management mechanism to tackle the difficulties encountered in the standardization and branding of the tea industry,and further detailed the implementation paths and strategies of this system,aiming to leverage digital technology to comprehensively drive the transformation and upgrading of the tea industry,with the goal of enhancing production efficiency,optimizing product quality,and boosting market competitiveness.The three-tier rural credit system can not only strengthen the trust mechanism within the tea industry but also positively contribute to rural economic development and improve farmers'access to financial services,thus facilitating the sustainable and high-quality development of the tea industry.
