摘　　要：乡村振兴背景下探讨欠发达地区农业现代化发展策略问题,对于促进该区域农业现代化发展具有重要的现实意义。本研究立足于铜仁市农业发展现状,在加快农业农村现代化水平提升过程中,构建了铜仁市农业现代化水平指标体系,在定性分析的基础上,进一步采用定量分析,运用熵值法建立测度模型,通过对数据进行极差标准化处理对铜仁市的农业现代化水平进行测度分析与研究,结果表明:铜仁市农业现代化水平呈现出上升趋势,2015—2020年农业现代化水平综合指数由38.22上升至74.77,其中农业产出现代化和绿色农业现代化较突出,粮食单产增速明显,而农业经营现代化、农业支持现代化增速缓慢的问题也较为明显。基于此,提出铜仁市农业现代化建设推动策略:强化农业基础设施建设,提升农村居民生活水平;大力发展特色农业,实施规模化农业经营;加强农业产业体系建设,完善现代农业经营服务体系;深化农业技术人才保障,提升农村人才素质和水平。It is of great practical significance to explore the development strategy of agricultural modernization in underdeveloped areas under the background of rural revitalization.Based on the current situation of agricultural development in Tongren city,in the process of accelerating the modernization level of agriculture and rural areas,the index system of agricultural modernization level was constructed in Tongren city.The quantitative analysis was further adopted on the basis of qualitative analysis.The measure model was established by the Entropy method,and the agricultural modernization level of Tongren city was analyzed and studied after the data was treated with range standardization.The results showed that the agricultural modernization level of Tongren city showed an upward trend,and the comprehensive index of agricultural modernization level increased from 38.22 to 74.77 during 2015-2020.Among them,the modernization of agricultural output and the modernization of green agriculture were more prominent,the growth rate of grain yield per unit area was obvious,and the problems of the modernization of agricultural management and the slow growth of agricultural support modernization were also obvious.Based on this,the promotion strategy of Tongren's agricultural modernization construction were put forward from strengthening the construction of agricultural infrastructure and improving the living standard of rural residents,vigorously developing characteristic agriculture and implementing large-scale agricultural operation,strengthening the construction of agricultural industrial system and improving the modern agricultural management service system,and deepening the guarantee for agricultural technical personnel and improving the quality and level of rural personnel.
