摘 要:气凝胶材料的不断开发和应用,为经济社会发展和改善人类生活水平发挥了重要作用。其中,气凝胶绝热型产品由于具有一系列优良性质,已被广泛应用于多个行业和领域。本文以化工行业使用最广泛的蒸汽(热媒)、冷冻介质(冷媒)的管道绝热工程为例,将二氧化硅(SiO_(2))气凝胶材料与传统绝热材料的绝热性能及经济性等进行分析和比较,以论证SiO_(2)气凝胶在化工管道绝热方面的效果。The continuous development and application of aerogel materials have played an important role in economic and social development and the improvement of human living standards.Among them,aerogel insulation products have been widely used in many industries and fields due to a series of excellent properties.In this paper,the thermal insulation performance and economy of silica(SiO_(2))aerogel material and traditional thermal insulation material are analyzed and compared with that of traditional thermal insulation materials, taking the pipeline insulation project of steam (heat medium) and refrigerant medium (refrigerant), which is the most widely used in the chemical industry, as an example, in order to demonstrate the effect of SiO_(2) aerogel in chemical pipeline insulation.
