摘 要:为研究GFRP板式热阻断拉结件在夹芯保温墙板中的最佳锚固深度和受力方向,设计GFRP板式热阻断拉结件抗拔和双剪试验,分析其破坏形态和位移变化规律。试验结果表明:抗拔试验破坏形式为拉结件侧板断裂,锚固深度为35 mm较锚固深度为30 mm的抗拔承载力提高了9.0%,表明锚固深度越大抗拔承载力越高。双剪试验拉结件沿板面受剪的单元板极限承载力是沿板厚度方向的2.13倍,表明拉结件沿板面方向抗剪性能较好。通过抗拔及双剪试验,优化拉结件的锚固深度和受力方向,为夹芯保温墙板设计提供理论依据。In order to study the optimal anchorage depth and force direction of GFRP plate-type heat-resistant fastener in sandwich insulation wallboard,GFRP plate-type thermal blocking tie was designed to resist pull-out and double shear tests to analyze its damage pattern and displacement change rule.The test results show that:the damage form of pull-out test is the fracture of the side plate of the fastener member,and the pull-out bearing capacity of the anchorage depth of 35 mm is increased by 9.0%compared with that of 30 mm,which indicates that the larger the anchorage depth is,the higher the pullout bearing capacity is.In the double shear test,the ultimate load capacity of the unit plate sheared along the plate surface is 2.13 times higher than that along the plate thickness,which indicates that the shear resistance of the fastener is better along the plate surface.Through the pull-out and double shear tests,the anchorage depth and force direction of the tie members were optimized to provide theoretical basis for the design of sandwich insulation wallboard.
